In 1971, Missionaries Richard and Mary Raines pioneered a mission work on the island of Dominica, W.I. The Raines served from 1971-1979. Since that time, several dedicated missionary families have furthered the ministry and building of the Pilgrim Holiness Church on Dominica.

In later years, Pilgrim Missions expanded to Antigua. The Golden Grove Pilgrim Holiness Church was established, and a large mission house with capacity to accommodate ministry teams and host church fellowship and outreach opportunities was built.

Currently, Maurice and Jean Roll serve as resident missionaries, and they oversee Pilgrim Missions on both islands. Annual events include a leadership convention, family camp and youth camp, vacation Bible school, spiritual growth conference, and Women of Worth and Men Arise events.
